Lady Moon Farms

Lady Moon Farms is a family-owned organic farm founded in 1988 by Tom and Christine Beddard. What began as a mission to grow high-quality organic vegetables for their local community has grown into a multi-state operation farming in Florida, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. By working across regions, they are able to follow the seasons and provide fresh, organic produce for more of the year.

Sustainability remains at the center of their work. The farm uses crop rotation, cover cropping, and regenerative soil practices to maintain fertility and reduce reliance on synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. Their commitment also extends to renewable energy initiatives and waste reduction across their operations.

Today, the next generation continues to carry that vision forward. Anais Beddard plays an active role in guiding the farm’s continued growth while staying grounded in the founding values of environmental stewardship, transparency, and long-term partnerships. She also serves on the board of the Real Organic Project, reinforcing the farm’s commitment to soil-based organic agriculture and strong organic standards.
