
Cancellation Policy
There’s no commitment after subscribing! If you ever need to cancel a subscription, log into your account, navigate to the Subscriptions page, and click “Edit” next to the item you want to remove. Once it expands, select “Cancel Subscription.” Please note that removing an item from your shopping cart does not cancel your subscription; you must cancel from the Subscriptions page. We always recommend double-checking your Delivery Schedule to confirm all future orders have been removed.
If you simply need to skip an upcoming delivery, you can do so by clicking the “Skip” button at the bottom of your cart, or by opening your Delivery Schedule, expanding the date you’d like to skip, and selecting “Skip” before your cut-off time.
Our order cut-off time helps us coordinate with our farm partners and keep waste extremely low. Because of this, we do not accept cancellations on delivery day. Thank you for your understanding! If you’re unable to receive your order, we offer the option to donate your box to someone in need – just reach out to our Customer Success team via phone or email for assistance. Each week, we donate 100–300 lbs of produce to local organizations supporting food-insecure New Yorkers, such as ReThink Food NYC. This program is a huge part of our sustainability efforts, and we appreciate your help in making it possible!
