OUR MEAT, DAIRY & EGGS

- given ample access to range, open pastures and forage whenever weather and health conditions permit.
- not given sub-therapeutic, preemptive antibiotics or synthetic growth hormones (like rBST).
- never raised in concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs).

- feed their animals locally grown or certified organic non-GMO grain.

OUR SEAFOOD
Comes From Fisheries That
- are chosen based on the recommendations of the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program which relies on regionally specific ecosystem-based criteria. We commit to offering seafood caught or grown using only “Best Choice” or “Good Alternative” Monterey Bay practices.
- do not administer antibiotics or synthetic growth hormones.
- are grown or harvested using practices that do not damage the surrounding ecosystem.
- Are wild-caught when this can be done responsibly.
