1 Avocado, sliced
2 Eggs
2 Heads Radicchio
2 cans Tuna, packed in oil
2 cups Green Beans
Haven’s Kitchen Golden Turmeric Tahini
Sea Salt
Toasted Sesame Seeds
1.Shock green beans by dunking in boiling, salted water for 2 minutes, then promptly putting them in bowl filled with ice water to stop cooking.
2.In same boiling water, gently add eggs and boil 5 minutes.
3.Lay leaves of radicchio in serving bowl, then add string beans, tuna, and avocado.
4.Slice eggs in half, lengthwise and lay on salad, then dress with Golden Tahini and sprinkle with pinch sea salt and sesame seeds
