1 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Butter or Ghee
2 Tbsp Honey
3 Tbsp Sriracha
3 cloves Garlic, minced

Combine the the sriracha, butter, honey, garlic, ginger and salt in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Let the sauce cool down.
Lay the drumsticks on a large baking sheet and brush all sides with a thick layer of sauce.
Place baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake for about 25 minutes. After that 25 minutes, remove drumsticks from oven and coat them with the rest of the sauce. Bake them for another 15 minutes, until they reach an internal temp of 160 degrees. You can also check if they are ready by cutting into the thickest part and when juices run clear they are done. Plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds if you have on hand.
