INGREDIENTS

1 head Cauliflower

1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Ground Cumin

1-2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

2 tsp Smoked Paprika

3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Black Pepper

Fresh Cilantro, for garnish

Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Remove leaves and stem from cauliflower, leaving core intact. Place head, stem-side down, on cutting board.

Carefully slice cauliflower vertically into 1-inch thick "steaks." You should get 2-3 steaks from one head of cauliflower, depending on its size.

In small bowl, mix together olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Adjust cayenne to your preferred level of spiciness.

Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with spicy olive oil mixture, ensuring they are well coated.

Heat large, ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add cauliflower steaks and sear 2-3 minutes on each side, or until nicely browned.

Transfer skillet to preheated oven and roast 15-20 minutes, or until tender and easily pierced with a fork.

Before serving, drizzle steaks with fresh lemon juice to add a zesty kick. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

Serve spicy cauliflower steaks hot as main course or alongside your favorite sides.

Enjoy flavorful and spicy cauliflower steaks as a delicious and satisfying dish.
