1 Onion, Finely chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Yellow Straightnecked Squash, sliced
2 ears Corn, kernels cut form cob
8 oz Shrimp
Fresh Basil
Sea Salt
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add squash and onion; stir-fry 4-5 minutes, until squash is tender.
Add corn, garlic, shrimp, and pepper flakes, if desired; stir-fry 3-4 minutes longer, until shrimp turn pink. Top with basil. Serve with rice, if desired.
