1 Tbsp Butter, softened
1 Tbsp Miso
1 bunch Red Radishes, washed well
1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
3 tsp Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Twist greens off radishes, put them in bowl, and toss with 1 teaspoon olive oil.
Cut radishes in half, toss with remaining 2 teaspoons oil and pepper, and place on baking sheet; arrange cut-side down. Place in oven and roast 12 minutes.
While radishes roast, mix butter with miso.
Add greens to baking sheet and dot with miso butter. Roast 3 more minutes.
Remove radishes from oven and toss with greens to mix in melted miso butter. Season with sea salt, to taste, and serve right away.
