1 Tbsp Butter, unsalted and melted
1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Herbs (optional)
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 ½ Tbsp Olive Oil
10 oz Portobello Mushrooms
2 Tbsp Minced Green Garlic
Pepper
Sea Salt
Heat oven to 450 degrees with rack in middle.
Slice mushrooms into ½-inch strips.
In large bowl, whisk together olive oil, melted butter, spring garlic, and balsamic. Add mushrooms and toss to coat evenly.
Spread on roasting sheet, season generously with sea salt and pepper, and roast 15-20 minutes or until mushrooms are fork tender and deep brown.
Remove from oven, and sprinkle with fresh herbs, if desired.
