1 Red Cabbage Head
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Honey
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Black Pepper
Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a rimmed baking sheet and set aside.
Cut bottom (root) off cabbage and set it sitting up so that the flat end is on the cutting board; cut into 1-inch thick slices. Place slices onto prepared baking sheet.
Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, garlic, honey, sea salt and pepper until combined. Brush cabbage steaks with glaze on both sides. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, or until crispy and tender.
