1 Asian Pear
1 Cucumber
1 Scallion, sliced thinly
1 tsp fresh Ginger, grated
1 tsp toasted Sesame Seeds
1 ½ Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 ½ Tbsp Honey
2 Carrots, peeled
Pepper
Sea Salt
¼ cup minced Cilantro
To make the dressing, whisk together the honey, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, grated ginger and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined.
Julienne the Asian pear.
Using a vegetable peeler, shave off long wide ribbons off the carrots and cucumbers.
Toss with the Asian dressing, garnish with the Asian pear, cilantro and extra sesame seeds, if desired.
