1 lb Chicken Wings
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ginger Powder
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Fresh Lemon Slices, for serving
Pepper
Salt
Zest from 1 Lemon1
½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place wings in a bowl. Mix together garlic powder, ginger, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken wings and toss until well coated.
Spread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, turning the wings halfway through.
Meanwhile, add the olive oil to a saucepan over medium heat. Cook the minced garlic for 1 to 2 minutes; pour in the lemon juice, honey and zest. Bring to a light boil and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every now and then.
