1/2 Lemon or Meyer Lemon, juiced
10 oz. Wild Spot Prawns or Shrimp, defrosted
2 Tbsp. Green Garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
4 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
Pepper

Pat the prawns completely dry with paper towels. In a large sauté pan over a medium flame, heat the oil until hot. Add the prawns along with a pinch of salt and cook without moving for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute without moving. Add the cilantro and lemon juice and stir until combined. Cook for another 2 minutes, until the prawns are completely opaque. Divide between 2 plates and season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
