1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 lb Chicken Wings
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Ginger Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup Juice from 1 Orange
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Fresh Lemon Slices, for serving
Pepper
Sea Salt
Zest from 1 Orange
½ tsp Ground Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place wings in bowl. Mix together garlic powder, ginger, nutmeg, sea salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken wings and toss until well coated.
Spread on baking sheet and place in oven 35-40 minutes, turning wings halfway through.
Meanwhile, add olive oil to saucepan over medium heat. Cook minced garlic 1 to 2 minutes; pour in orange juice, lemon juice, honey, and zest. Bring to light boil and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every now and then.
In large bowl, toss baked chicken wings in lemon glaze until well coated; then place back on baking sheet. Set broiler to high and finish wings, 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until nicely caramelized. Serve with lemon wedges.
