Two Creek Farm's organic, pasture-raised heritage turkeys are a traditional mix of White and Black breeds, raised with care and intention. Raised this way, the turkey is a better product: it tastes better, and you can feel good about where it came from. Their feed is certified organic and sourced locally from Stone House Grain in the Hudson Valley, a blend of non-GMO grains that is completely glyphosate-free. Beyond their feed, the turkeys spend their lives outdoors on sprawling pastures, foraging naturally on grasses, insects, and whatever the land provides —roughly 20% of their diet comes from this foraged bounty. They’re moved to fresh pasture twice each week, ensuring constant access to clean grass, sunshine, and rainwater. With additional fresh water from natural springs and ponds, the birds develop strong, healthy bodies at a natural pace, guided by the rhythms of the seasons and sunlight. Perfect for a holiday feast, this is turkey the way it’s meant to be.

Turkey Deposits

When you’re charged: A non-refundable deposit will be automatically charged on October 19th for all turkeys added to cart now through October 19th. After October 19th, the deposit will be billed about 48 hours after it is added. You'll see a "Bills on" date listed on the turkey in your cart, and the morning after you add a turkey, we'll email you confirming the deposit amount and billing date.

Your deposit counts toward your final bill: The deposit is applied to your final order total, so you’ll never be charged for it twice.

If you remove your turkey: Once the deposit has been charged, it is non-refundable. If you change your mind and remove the turkey from your order, the deposit will be forfeited.
