Two Creek Farm’s organic, pasture-raised heritage turkeys—featuring a traditional mix of White and Black breeds — are raised with care and intention, resulting in birds that truly taste as good as the story behind them. Their feed is certified organic and sourced locally from Stone House Grain in the Hudson Valley, a blend of non-GMO grains that is completely glyphosate-free. Beyond their feed, the turkeys spend their lives outdoors on sprawling pastures, foraging naturally on grasses, insects, and whatever the land provides —roughly 20% of their diet comes from this foraged bounty. They’re moved to fresh pasture twice each week, ensuring constant access to clean grass, sunshine, and rainwater. With additional fresh water from natural springs and ponds, the birds develop strong, healthy bodies at a natural pace, guided by the rhythms of the seasons and sunlight. Orders placed will be reserved with an approximate 50% deposit, to be billed at 11:59pm on Wednesday, November 5th. The day prior to delivery, your credit card will be billed for the full price of the heaviest bird in the weight range you have selected (less the deposit amount already paid). On the day of your delivery we will weigh your bird and a final price adjustment will be made in the form of credit issued to your account for any amount billed over the exact price per pound of the specific bird you receive.
