Their feed is certified organic and sourced locally from Stone House Grain in the Hudson Valley, a blend of non-GMO grains that is completely glyphosate-free. Beyond their feed, the turkeys spend their lives outdoors on sprawling pastures, foraging naturally on grasses, insects, and whatever the land provides —roughly 20% of their diet comes from this foraged bounty. They’re moved to fresh pasture twice each week, ensuring constant access to clean grass, sunshine, and rainwater. With additional fresh water from natural springs and ponds, the birds develop strong, healthy bodies at a natural pace, guided by the rhythms of the seasons and sunlight.
