Finger Lakes Cider House is a diverse, regenerative farm in the heart of New York’s Finger Lakes, where pasture-raised livestock, orchards, and cider making all work together as part of one ecosystem.

Their turkeys are fully pasture-raised and moved to fresh ground every two days, so they’re always on clean grass with plenty of space to roam. The birds forage on pasture plants and bugs, while naturally fertilizing and rebuilding the soil for the cattle and sheep that graze after them.

Raised with abundant sunshine and clean water, without hormones or antibiotics, and fed a non-GMO, glyphosate-free diet, it’s a slower, more hands-on approach than conventional turkey farming. The result is simply a better bird: healthier, more flavorful, and raised in a way that’s better for the land.
