Following the teams months-long, sold-out pop-up in London— Essi's comes to Brooklyn for the first time this month to highlight the unique offerings of Australian-influenced Greek cuisine. Some of the team's favorite, unique offerings include the famous saganaki toastie, whole-smoked aubergine, octopus bolognese, and of course the fan-favorite whole lamb.
