Mud Club bagels are hand-measured and rolled, boiled in organic barley malt and honey, and wood-fired in a handmade stone oven. Each bagel has its own personality: Plain, Everything, Sesame, Poppy Seed, and Cinnamon Raisin. The outsides are crispy like a Montreal-style bagel, yet the insides boast that perfect NYC bagel airy chewiness. These unique bagels are a bit smaller than the gluttonous ones found in many shops today; but do not fear, once you taste them, you’re sure to be hooked!
DIRECTIONS: Remove desired quantity from freezer, toast for 1.5-2 minutes and enjoy!
These bagels were prepared in a small bakery which also uses nuts. Do not consume if you have an allergy to nuts.

Inspired by Douglas’ Canadian roots merged with his boys’ NYC upbringing, Mud Club bagels are all handmade, boiled in barley malt, and wood-fired in a handmade stone oven.

Each one invites the customer in to view their operations in action and witness the assembly line of love and care put into each bagel.
