The Mud Club

The Mud Club is a wood-fired bagel and coffee company founded in 2019 in Woodstock NY by father and son trio Douglas, Gray and Nicolas Ballinger. Inspired by Douglas’ Canadian roots merged with his boys’ NYC upbringing, Mud Club bagels are all handmade, boiled in barley malt, and wood-fired in a handmade stone oven.

Be sure to visit their brick-and-mortar locations in the Hudson Valley – in both Woodstock and Beacon NY. Each one invites the customer in to view their operations in action and witness the assembly line of love and care put into each bagel. Both shops offer a full breakfast and lunch menu to accompany their beautiful handmade and fresh-from-the-oven baked goods such as croissants, morning buns, and sourdough pizza.
