Sweeter and denser than your standard cucumber, Persian cucumbers have none of the watery seeds of other varieties. Given their small size, they pack all best things about cucumbers into a tiny package--perfect crunch, refreshing bite. These are probably our favorite cukes. Slice 'em thin for salads or quick pickles; cut into spears for delicious dippers; eat as is for an on the go snack that will keep you hydrated while hiking.
