Nutty Shrimp and Kale Skillet
Serves 4
Total time 15 mins
- In a skillet, over medium-high heat, add ½ pouch Nutty sauce, ¼ cup of water, kale, and a pinch pf salt. Bring to a simmer for 3 minutes until the liquid has thickened
- Add the shrimp and cook for about 2 more minutes, until shrimp turns pink in color and kale is tender
- Garnish with cashews and serve over rice or pasta
