Jericho Settlers Farm is a diversified, certified organic farm in Jericho, Vermont. Founded in 2002 by Christa Alexander and Mark Fasching, the farm produces vegetables, herbs, flowers, eggs, and pasture-raised meats for CSA members, farmstand customers, local markets, and wholesale partners.

With around 25 to 30 acres under organic cultivation and over two acres in high tunnels, the farm specializes in year-round production of salad greens, root vegetables, tomatoes, and other crops. Livestock such as beef, lamb, pork, and poultry are raised on pasture without antibiotics or hormones and play an important role in the farm's ecological approach.

Sustainability is central to their mission. Jericho Settlers Farm uses solar power, energy-efficient infrastructure, and climate-resilient practices to support year-round growing. They are deeply committed to building a strong local food system through community engagement, education, and access to healthy food.
