Diamante is a contemplative, fermentation-forward kombucha inspired by the role of bitter, roasted, and medicinal drinks in traditional food cultures. Brewed with roasted tea, mushrooms, and a blend of roots and botanicals, it is intentionally savory and grounding, with restrained acidity and subtle effervescence.
Rather than leaning on fruit or sweetness, Diamante is built around depth and structure. Earthy, lightly bitter, and layered, it’s meant to be sipped slowly and thoughtfully, closer in spirit to an amaro, coffee, or dark beer than a typical kombucha. This is a ferment that reflects Yesfolk’s belief that kombucha can be a vehicle for place, process, and restraint, not just refreshment.
