Raised on the farm's Finger Lakes land in Romulus, New York, the birds move through a rotational grazing system that keeps fresh pasture constantly underfoot, foraging in open air and sunshine, with their diet supplemented by locally sourced, non-GMO grain. Raised without antibiotics, they are given the space and time to grow at their own pace rather than pushed to market weight. Turkey Deposits

When you’re charged: A non-refundable deposit will be automatically charged on October 19th for all turkeys added to cart now through October 19th. After October 19th, the deposit will be billed about 48 hours after it is added. You'll see a "Bills on" date listed on the turkey in your cart, and the morning after you add a turkey, we'll email you confirming the deposit amount and billing date.

Your deposit counts toward your final bill: The deposit is applied to your final order total, so you’ll never be charged for it twice.

If you remove your turkey: Once the deposit has been charged, it is non-refundable. If you change your mind and remove the turkey from your order, the deposit will be forfeited.
