Orders placed will be reserved with an approximate 50% deposit, to be billed at 11:59pm on Wednesday, November 5th. The day prior to delivery, your credit card will be billed for the full price of the heaviest bird in the weight range you have selected (less the deposit amount already paid). On the day of your delivery we will weigh your bird and a final price adjustment will be made in the form of credit issued to your account for any amount billed over the exact price per pound of the specific bird you receive.
