Pasture-raised chicken is folded with cabbage, soy sauce, and a Thai aromatic base of cilantro, scallions, lime, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, and white pepper. Cook from frozen by boiling, steaming, or pan-frying flat-side down with a splash of water for a crisp bottom and tender wrapper.
