Natural Dairy Products Corporation (NDP) was originally started in 1994 by Ned MacArthur and his father Norman who teamed up with three organic dairy farmers in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and created a sustainable process in which grass-fed organic milk could be produced, transported, processed, and packaged – independent of the huge, volume-based milk industry, under the brand name Natural By Nature. Those three family farms are still part of our supplying group today as we value the relationships of our producers as much as our partners and customers. Today, Natural Dairy Products is solely owned by Stephanie R. McVaugh, a 26-year veteran of NDP. Stephanie worked her way up through the company over the years as Operations Manager, Vice President, and President. NDP now adds “Women Owned Business” to our list of positive attributes. While some in the industry may prioritize 100% Grass-Fed labels for marketing purposes, we are committed to transparency and the well-being of our animals.
