Spotted Duck

Spotted Duck is a creamery and duck farm nestled in the green pastures of the Finger Lakes region. They are home to a herd of hard-working Ancona ducks, who provide them with the eggs they use to make their frozen custard. Not all eggs are created equal! While all eggs are known for their ability to make foods taste richer, feel creamier and add airy lightness, duck eggs do it best.
