Founder Edlin Choi launched the company after apprenticing on a regenerative livestock farm, where he saw the potential of underused animal parts like bones, fats, and organ meats. Inspired by his Korean heritage, Choi began transforming these overlooked resources into nutrient-dense foods.
Today, Reclamation Foods offers award-winning Korean bone broths and heirloom cooking fats, combining sustainability and tradition to help home cooks reclaim their kitchens and health.
