Pop & Bottle was founded in 2015 by Blair Fletcher Hardy and Jash Mehta, two friends from London who reconnected after moving to the Bay Area and bonded over California's farm-to-table food culture. Both were coffee drinkers navigating dairy intolerances and an interest in cleaner eating, and they couldn't find a ready-to-drink latte that met their standards — organic, dairy-free, no refined sugar, no additives. They started blending cold brew, homemade almond milk, and dates in Jash's San Francisco apartment, and built the brand from there.
The lineup has since expanded to include both almond milk and oat milk lattes across multiple flavors, all made with organic, fair-trade coffee and sweetened only with dates. Functional ingredients — adaptogens, marine collagen, MCT oil, ceremonial matcha — run through the oat milk line, each variety built around a specific benefit.
