Built in 1962 and relocated to the Catskills in the early 1980s, the Phoenicia Diner has a rich history of welcoming guests drawn to the region's natural beauty. For nearly 30 years, its previous owners cultivated a strong connection with the community and its customers. Today, under the ownership of Mike Cioffi, the tradition continues with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients from Catskills and Hudson Valley farms whenever possible.
