Kooshy was founded by brothers Jon and Matt Wachsman out of a shared obsession with bread. Growing up they lived for crusty sourdough loaves and, frustrated by stale, processed supermarket croutons, they decided to make something radically better. In 2020 they launched Kooshy to bring real sourdough crunch back to salads, soups, and snacks.
At Kooshy, every product starts with premium, non-GMO ingredients and sourdough bread - baked to the perfect texture using olive oil and thoughtful seasoning. Their line includes sourdough croutons, panko breadcrumbs and stuffing mixes, with vegan-friendly options and bold flavor profiles.
