Ella's Flats

Ella's Flats makes all-seed crackers born from a straightforward frustration: grocery shelves stocked with snacks packed with sugars and artificial ingredients, and very little in between. Founder Ella, a health-conscious mother, started experimenting in her kitchen with crackers made from seeds alone, drawn to their natural concentration of protein, fiber, vitamins, and healthy fats, and to the way seeds naturally support stable blood sugar. Batch after batch, the recipe tightened into something she wanted to share beyond her own household.

What began as a family project launched with three flavors, made locally in South Florida. The line has since grown to six flavors and is now carried in thousands of grocery and specialty stores across the country, from major chains to independent shops. The brand remains woman-owned and family-run, guided by the same goal it started with: a cracker made from real ingredients, nothing more.
