Just like most cruciferous vegetables, kohlrabi is a great source of fiber and can improve your digestive health. Slice into matchsticks to add crunch to a salad; bake into chips; or sauté with garlicky greens. Save the greens for smoothies, stir-fries, or to sautée. This week we are offering the roots with leaves.

Store roots in the crisper drawer for up to 4 weeks.
