These snow white radishes may look like plump carrots, but have a mild red radish flavor and are a natural pairing to many Asian inspired dishes. Use to make kimchi or pickle on its own; slice thinly and add to salads, stews, or miso soup. Roots only this week, no greens!



Keep the daikon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
