Vegetarian Indian Buffet

Our favorite vegetarian Indian buffet classics all packed up in one. This dish is made with the very best ingredients, including seasonal organic produce from local farms, heirloom varietals, and single-origin spices. Reheat with 1/4 cup water in a covered pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until contents are simmering. Remove lid, reduce heat to low; stirring gently to incorporate. Simmer uncovered for about 4-5 minutes, before serving over rice. Serve over basmati rice, a dollop of labne, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro or mint. Serves 2-3.
