Raaka Chocolate is proud to partner with their neighbor, the landmark New York Botanical Garden, to celebrate the beauty and flavor of the plants that surround and sustain us. Raaka makes this vanilla violet bar with violet-infused cacao butter and flecks of ground vanilla bean, creating a thick, melted marshmallow-like chocolate. Raaka uses only unroasted, single origin chocolate for all of its bars for the bold, bright, and fruitier flavor profile this provides. Read more about their process here.
