This uncured smoked ham is a great addition or alternative for your holiday feast. Smaller than a turkey, this ham is a great way to feel festive without too much extra meat around--plus the bone here adds so much flavor and lends itself to so many great leftovers options. The ham comes from pasture-raised breed pork raised in the Pennsylvania without antibiotics, hormones, or GMOS. The hams will be smoked with all natural ingredients. Keep refrigerated at 33°F to 40°F for no more than 2 days before cooking. Place in the coldest part of the refrigerator, usually the meat drawer or the bottom shelf. Store in the freezer if planning to consume more than 2 days after delivery. Defrost in the fridge overnight and cook within 2 days.
