Turkey Potpie

This personal potpie has all the hearty, stick-to-your-ribs components of Pika's Chicken Potpie--flaky all-butter crust, creamy sauce, nutritious veggies--but with the rich, deep flavor of antibiotic-free turkey in place of chicken. This is the ultimate winter comfort food. All dairy and eggs are sourced from the Hudson Valley, and vegetables are sourced locally when in season. Turkey is always certified ABF and locally sourced when available.

Keep frozen until ready to eat. Thaw out in refrigerator. Remove potpie from wrapper. Punch holes in the top dough. Put thawed out potpie in center of a 400F oven for 40 min, until internal temperature is 165F. If thawed, keep in refrigertor and use within 7 days.
