Treviso Radicchio

Treviso is a variety of radicchio; but instead of growing in a bulb, it has elongated leaves similar to an endive. Halve and roast, drizzled with olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper and finish with a balsamic glaze; use raw in a salad like any leafy green.

Keep in fridge in the crisper drawer wrapped in a cloth towel for up to a week.
