These beautiful medium-large size mangoes have a green skin with a healthy red blush and freckles. Juicy and a little more fibrous than a kent mango, these hardy mangoes are from closer to home and have a longer shelf life than your typical mango, while having a mildly sweet flavor. Peel, slice, and eat as is, in a fruit salad, or fanned on top of a dessert; dice into a salsa; freeze and use for smoothies. Remember: it is important to peel and not eat the skin of a mango.


Store at room temperature on the counter until ripe (2-3 days) then transfer to the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
