The tenderness of strip steak only comes second to that of filet mignon or tenderloin. Pan-sear in garlic and rosemary butter and bake until it comes up to your preferred temperature. The deep, beefy flavor stands well on it's own and needs very little other sauce or preparation.

Product arrives frozen and can be stored in freezer up to 12 months past freeze-by date on package. Keep frozen until ready to use. Defrost in the fridge and cook within 2 days.
