Sunflower shoots have a lovely, refreshing crunch with hints of almondy nuttiness and lemon. They are similar to radish microgreens, but with a more mellow bite and none of the spiciness. Perfect for that first taste of spring salad with a little lemon and parm; delicious as a pop atop your avocado toast; lovely mixed into cream cheese as a spread for your next bagel or sandwich.

Store unwashed sunflower microgreens in a sealed plastic bag in the fridge for up to five days.
