You will want to--and should--eat these crunchy peas as soon as possible, pods and all. Munch on out of hand; create a leafless salad with broccoli, carrots, radishes and more; sauté and top ravioli; stir fry with soy sauce.

Refrigerate dry in a tightly sealed reusable plastic bag for up to 5 days.
