A gorgeous smoked ham is a great addition or alternative for your holiday feast. Smaller than a turkey, this ham is a great way to feel festive without too much extra meat around--though if you do end up with leftovers, it makes for excellent sandwiches! The ham is pasture-raised in upstate New York without antibiotics, hormones, or GMOS. It will be smoked with all natural ingredients. No added nitrates or nitrites except for those occurring naturally.
Heating instructions:
Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan. Add water to the bottom of the pan and cover the whole thing tightly with foil. Bake at 325F for 16-20 minutes per pound, until a meat thermometer registers 135F.
