Mujaddara is a dish you'll find variations on all over the Middle East. Ipsa's tribute to this simple-yet-perfect comfort food starts with a base of deeply spiced organic rice, Beluga lentils, and caramelized onions. To make it a meal unto itself, they add roasted farmers market favorites, like spring onions, green garlic, radicchio, parsnips, carrots, and cauliflower. Remove plastic packaging.
