Rosemary and Thyme Pork Chops

These pasture-raised pork chops from the Piggery have been dry rubbed and then sealed in with rosemary and thyme, allowing the flavors to really marinate and sink-in. Herby and juicy, you don't need to do anything except cook these exceptionally delicious chops. Pan sear in garlic butter; roast with onions and potatoes; bake with stuffing and gravy.

Keep frozen until ready to use. Defrost in the fridge and cook within 2 days.
