We are very excited to receive the first of the season’s rhubarb! Extremely tart if eaten raw, these bright pink stalks are almost always cooked or baked paired with fruits. For a refreshing snack, enjoy rhubarb lemonade with rhubarb ginger scones. Or bake a classic Strawberry Rhubarb Pie. Just don’t eat the leaves as they are poisonous!
